We did this cruise as a company trip. It was my first cruise. I really expected more. The service was terrible except for one waitress named Nikki from the horizon pool bar! She was the best thing about the ship! Always smiling and happy to serve! But the rest of the crew was rude and seemed as if they hated their job. No one at the main bar by the stairs in the lobby would even look at me. I tried for 20 minutes and the bar wasn’t even crowded. The food was mediocre. We went to the dinner in the first night and both ordered the NY Strip Steak. It came with French fries which I thought was tacky. But that’s not the worst part. I swear whatever they brought out was not steak. It was thin and looked and tasted more like a damn pork chop... never went back there after that. Only did the Buffett then. And even then the Buffett food wasn’t that great. Only thing I really liked was the fresh mozzarella they make infront of you! That was great. And the veggie spring rolls and pizza. And I’m a huge foodie so that’s what I was most excited about and was much disappointed in that area. I wasn’t planning on 75% of my diet there being pizza...
