Major incident - Meraviglia Lounge at lunchtime, entertainment crew decided the days lunchtime entertainment would be kicking a football on the dance floor where guests were sitting , drinking ,reading and chatting, so you expect the inevitable to happen and it did, football smashes into the table where we were sitting, cups, glasses sent flying, my wife hit full on with a glass of red wine, fortunatley the glass hit her shoulder another few inches higher and i dread to think of the outcome, my wife is in total shock covered in wine, hair, face and upper body, immediate panic from the staff trying to console her and trying to clean her up. We proceeded to customer reception and made a formal complaint, i womt go into the dran out procedure but it took four days to get to see and speak with the client relations manager who appologised on behalf of MSC, we asked on several occasions to view the video footage and the staff account of what happened, neither was forthcoming. We took the matter up with head office on our return, after several emails the end result was the offer of £180 credit towards a future cruise which we declined, why would i wish to spend several thousnd pounds on another cruise with MSC in the hope it would be any better, They seemed to simply dismiss the incident as a spilt glasss of wine when the outcome could have been life changing for my wife, i am thankfull this was not the case,
