Heard about quality of this cruise line and price was right.
The food was as good as promised. The specialty restaurant (free) Toscana was simply outstanding. The grand dinning room and the buffet were also above average.
The ship was nicely appointed and the crew was very good.
The small size (680 passangers) was both an advantage and disadvantage. More crew to passangers, but entertainment was limited and sometimes not good. The boarding and disembarkment were very smooth. Our Taxi was right in front of our exit and was available when we got off. The Balcony (Concierge) cabin was rather small (216 sq.ft.). The shower was incredibly small and I'm only 5'10".
We had the absolutely best Cruise Director of the 15+ cruises, Carson Turner. He put on a show of his own about Broadway and he had a great voice and even better banter with the audience. It was the highlight of the cruise. The lecturer on Mayan and Aztec civilations was quite good ( Susan Cares)
We toured a Mayan ruin when we were in Costa Maya. The guide was really good and the ruins were impressive. This culture has been an interest of mine.
All in all I would cruise Oceania again if the price is right.
Small, but we made it work Shower is tiny. If you're over 6' probably not working for you.
Great bed. A few Small item were a nuicense because a lack of attention.
