The ship is new. We got a Norovirus alert the day before we got on. Yes hard to believe a new ship with Norovirus. The crew was diligent and worked hard so that by the time we completed the 14 day cruise everything was back to normal. Nonetheless it still prevented us from doing the galley tour as part of the Chef's Table.

The staterooms are nicely appointed but with light colored carpet in the hallways the carpet is already starting to show stains. More importantly the elevators are in a word "screwed-up". They seem to trying different "solutions" for the elevators but for some reason the "solution" is evading them. Doesn't seem like rocket science.

The staff is sketchy. Our steward Leonardo was excellent. The service staff in the common areas and dining rooms however lack experience and often are not attentive- it was hard to get a drink. Likewise the food is uninspired.
