This was our second cruise with NCL and we were excited to be in a Penthouse, front of ship. Well this cruise did not live up to our expectations at all. Left cruise with a bad taste of NCL staff and customer service.
Our room was GREAT. Big balcony and big room, very clean. I was surprised to see that there was less wind on our balcony than near the pool. So we made good use of our balcony even ordering room service and having lunch out there. It was great!!!! Down fall.... The Butler!! I had no clue what his job was and he didn't seem to be loving it. Not helpful at all. Always had to ask to get coffee for our in room machine, milk and sugar. We had breakfast in our room one morning and we had to call him for ketchup, milk for cereal. Little stuff that he forgot to bring.
Breakfast\lunch in Cagney's was great and we dinned here almost every day. Quiet and always had room. But only reserved to suites...
Great cabin would reserve it again in a heart beat for sure. BIG balcony and big room. Very quiet, great view. Lots and lots of storage space. The only downfall: NCL did specify there was a DVD collection with the suites but failed to say it did not apply anymore....
