Great room bad service!!!

This was our second cruise with NCL and we were excited to be in a Penthouse, front of ship. Well this cruise did not live up to our expectations at all. Left cruise with a bad taste of NCL staff and customer service.

Our room was GREAT. Big balcony and big room, very clean. I was surprised to see that there was less wind on our balcony than near the pool. So we made good use of our balcony even ordering room service and having lunch out there. It was great!!!! Down fall.... The Butler!! I had no clue what his job was and he didn't seem to be loving it. Not helpful at all. Always had to ask to get coffee for our in room machine, milk and sugar. We had breakfast in our room one morning and we had to call him for ketchup, milk for cereal. Little stuff that he forgot to bring.

Breakfast\lunch in Cagney's was great and we dinned here almost every day. Quiet and always had room. But only reserved to suites...

The staff onboard were not friendly compared to our last cruise. Very disapointed. It was hard to get a clean table at the buffet area. After talking to alot of staff members it was clear that most of them were at the end of their contract so eager to go home.

TOUR EXCURSIONS!!! This is a big sour note for us. We always pick one or two excursions and we know that we will pay a bit more but it is convenient. But this time we ended up paying 10X more and it was a real rip off. So DO NOT TAKE the little train in Nafplion tour. It is only 39$ but you can get this for 4 Euros. The staff at the desk did not care of our complaint and numerous others that complained about this same tour. Very bad customer service and will not take a shore excursion ever again with NCL.

FOOD. Well not good at all. Half the stuff was cold or not cooked. Always the same menu at the buffet.

As for another cruise with NCL don't know yet but will research other options for sure...

Embarkation and Disembarkation were awfull and not organised at all. Good thing we had a suite and did not wait in line long.
