Chose this cruise for the itinerary. Was anxious to see some of the parts and take shore excursions. Embarkation process was very uncoordinated; staff seemed confused with process. Ship was ok, cabin with balcony, very close quarters.

Food and dining: very, very disappointed in quality of food served throughout ship; buffets to specialty dining. Food was never hot. A lot of wasted food because it was simply unpalatable. Customer service and shore excursion personnel were often rude and abrasive. If you had a complaint or needed help with something you were met with some not so very nice attitude. Not customer friendly. Shore excursions were horrendous. Please do not waste your money on NCL shore excursions. Do the Hop-On, Hop-Off yourself for 12 to 15 euro and save money. Excursions often departed late which cut into excursion time. Often taken to a destination and "there you go, now you are on your own". Excursions were not as depicted in online summary/description.

Best thing of the whole trip was our cabin steward. He was so accommodating and pleasant. Alexander was always on hand to assist with whatever you may have asked of him. Will not travel NCL again.
