This was our honeymoon and my wife requested lots of sun as Seattle and the sun don't get along very well besides during summer. So Caribbean cruise it was for our first cruise and we had a blast and it hard to imagine a better cruise. We will try another cruise line besides Carnival to compare. Until then i will revel in my "ignorance" and sweet memories

Too much food but i was determined not to gain even an ounce of weight so i ate mostly healthy meaning I stayed away from pizza, hot dogs, fries and the dripping cheese that came with it. Besides those I ate everything else mostly smaller portions more often but not always and I hit the running deck and gym 4times through the cruise. i also had lots of fruits. Result No Weight Gain and I found it hard to imagine why people went to the paid restaurant with so many free options

I did not book any excursion through Carnival and glad i did not. Our cost were at least 50% lower than Carnival prices and we had twice the fun in smaller groups and adventured more
