Had done Viking River Cruise in past and service and venue was excellent so decided to do a Viking Ocean Cruise. Embarkation to Disembarkation went smoothly and same quality as the river cruise with Viking. They set up pre-extension and post-extension and was excellent with excellent service, accommodations were very good.The pre-extension guide was superb. During the cruise itself, food was excellent, staff listened to concerns and addressed. Shore excursions and weather were excellent. Liked the included shore excursions as well as option to choose another excursion for additional fee if desired. Liked the educational information and UNESCO sites provided by Viking. It was nice to have wine/beer/ sodas included for lunch and dinner so no need to purchase a drink package. If desired additional beverages outside of mealtimes the prices were reasonable to purchase. The cleanliness of the ship and the service was good. The Spa area was a nice feature which was an included amenity unless you desired to purchase facials or massages. Fitness area was very nice. Our cabin was well appointed and looked new. Enjoyed the outside balcony area. The bathroom was perfect even though smaller than the bathroom on the river cruise. No children for the cruise and preferred this and was another reason chose Viking.

Loved the sites and would use Viking again and recommend Viking to other travelers. The high quality of Viking is showed through on their ocean cruise as well.
