The captain should be terminated. The officers avoided the passengers because they were unhappy. embarkation was a joke (2 hours).. Tenders were a joke. Hundreds of people in line for an hour minimum. ( long lines for everything) food was mediocre at best. Specialty restaurants charging over $100 unless you had a package. Mostly only chicken being served in free restaurants. ncl is gauging its customers on everything. No college football on board after being told they would have it. Bar service and waiters non existent. If you didn't have a drink package ($1200-$1300) plan on averaging over $12.00 for a drink with a 20% tip added to everything. No free drinks while gambling. No $5.00 tables. the cruise director was a joke! No inside public areas with a view of the ocean. Ultra small pool area with oversized kids area. The best thing on the ship was the entertainment --all shows very good.
