I know this is over a year writing this review but it is something that still annoys me .went as a party of 6 to experience the new explorer .The ship did not disappoint staff were really helpful and the staterooms were top of the range and the beds were the most comfortable i have slept in.

unfortunately the 2nd day my sister slipped off the steps on the tour bus and was in a lot of pain. she knew it was serious and when she saw the Doctor the following day he only looked at it and gave her a painkiller and a support bandage. even though her foot was black. she had to request an accident form

she was not helped at all during the rest of the cruise.
