The embarkation process to get on the ship was great, very fast and efficient. The disembarkation process was ridiculous and unorganized, some workers would split the main line into lines only to get to a bottle neck where they merged the two back together which took so much longer. We ate at 3 specialty dining locations (cagneys steak, le bistro and teppanyaki), le bistro and teppanyaki were awesome experiences, but Cagneys was a huge disappointment and I would have been furious at paying that much for a steak that was dried out if it hasn’t been on our plan. Both fillets minions (myself and my husband) had been flattened to the point where it was no thinker than a strip steak and where so charbroiled they had crunchy spots. If you want a great steak that melts in your mouth try le beuf at le Bisro (you can cut it with a butter knife). As far as getting on and off the boat at the islands that process was always super quick and easy as well. I think my biggest issue was I just got tired of being in lines for absolutely everything. Also we never got to use the pool because on the first and last day (days at sea) the pool was so crowded with everyone sitting on the sides there was no where to get in and we got out there by 10am, for a boat of that size it’s crazy to me that their one pool was so small. Overall the islands were cool, belieze was amazing but costa maya was a big let down, the main beach we visited was peppered with people trying to sell you trinkets every 5 min, finally got so annoyed we just left cause the same people kept coming around non stop. We had a balcony room which was deff well with the money and we found the staff to be always super friendly. The food outside the specialty restaurants was just okay but deff recommend the nicer dining options
