I will not cruise with this line or ship again the staff were rude as was the service in general, the food was not good and the entertainment was even worse, there were only three staff members that were worthy of note, a girl named Anne Carolina Silvera our table waiter called Muliaty and the cabin person (cannot remember his name), they were helpful and did their job amicably and all received a well earned tip. The thermal spa package that we purchased prior to embarking, because it was cheaper, did not live up to expectations and was falsely advertised. The internet service we paid for did not work properly throughout the ship it continually came up with "No Service". Don't start me on the drink package which we purchased it was a rip off, example if the drink you ordered was more than 6 euro you wouldn't just get charged the difference but would be charged the total amount even when the difference was .50cents more. We never went past customer service without there being a long queue and mostly everyone was complaining about something. This was an end to a month long journey around Italy and we ended the trip with the cruise to rest up before coming home to Australia, luckily for us. I could go on and on but you get the idea.

Cabin was adequate, very dated but did the job and the cabin was kept very clean.
