Worst cruise we have ever been on. We are platinum Princess guests and most likely will not use them ever again. We were excited to be on a brand new ship but what a dissapppointment. The ship was dirty and not well maintained. We sailed on the 2nd week of its inauguration. 2 elevators were down the entire 2 weeks we sailed. Staff was not trained and didn't know answers to basic questions. Floor in the buffet area was constantly dirty. Norovirus outbreak because people were grabbing items from the buffet without using utensils or washing their hands. Captain grossly under reported the number of people sick. Dining room had slow service and mediocre food. Buffet was severely limited because of the virus outbreak and food there was unimaginative and not tasty. The only time you got drinks served in a timely manner was when management was present. The capper to it all was the day I used a public restroom on deck 5. There was a stall with a large amount of human feces in the stall and paper towels all over the floor. Looks like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. It was very hard for me to believe this is a new ship. Looks like some kind of refurbed older ship that had not been maintained. The carpet in the hallways was vacuumed maybe once a week. When my husband got sick with norvirus we called 911 as instructed and they did not know what we were talking about. Said someone would call us back but they never did. Other people we spoke to that got sick got a billl for $90 for calling on the phone - "consultation" we had a Carnival ship experience at Princess prices. NEVER AGAIN!!! Too many flaws to overlook
