Chose this mini cruise as it was leaving from Malaga, a fabulous port and very near home. Check in was smooth and hassle free. had lunch on board and contracted gastroenteritis, 3 hours after lunch! medical staff dealt very professional and after 10 h i was fine again, the 24h quarantine is harsh and hard, but rules are rules. .. The staff on board, are excellent and treat every passenger like " royalty". The food was otherwise excellent, good quality, excellent choices and fabulous service in the Atlantic dining room! The buffet on top floor however was totally chaotic!! too many people without enough seating ! so a plate full of food and NO seating.. very difficult , it was just over crowded. Evening dinner was totally excellent, but the amount of people in jeans, scruffy trainers and sweaty t shirts was off putting! strange and sad that these people were allowed to enter the dining room like this... a decent pair of trousers and a short sleeved shirt is so easy enough surely to look a little more respectable and clean to enjoy a great evening dinner, the staff puts a lot of effort into providing us all with fabulous meals in relaxing dining rooms etc.. so a little effort can be made by the clients ...Please Pullmantur, in future be a bit stricter on this matter perhaps.The room/cabin was very comfortable with good temperature and fittings.Entertainment was good. port and shore excursion very well organized . The all inclusive was very convenient and our price paid was overall worth it. The ONLY serious complain was the staff in the Spa, OVER charged me unfairly for a 15 min, 1/2 leg waxing treatment!! 54€ !! the job was not even done properly , very unprofessionally done by a hairdresser and totally over charged.

Very good size, great views, well equipped, clean good cupboard space.

I have got an issue with the Spa , who completely overcharged me for a wax treatment, It was booked onboard, treated onboard and paid on board, now the Pullmantur is trying to blame my travel agency .. ridiculous, The treatment was booked for 18.30h and i was seen to 15 min. late, I received 1/2 the treatment as requested but got billed for the full lot. The job was done terribly , the result was negative. Unfair in my opinion. All i ask if for 50% to be returned into the Visa card we paid with.
