Dinning room staff and servers were very good.The cabin stewards were very friendly and great . The service workers in general were very attentive to all your needs. The burger bar, Pizza and ice cream bar were very good services . The international cafe was an awesome service food was hot and people were very friendly. People at front desk were not helpful they sent numerous people on wild goose chases only to be sent back to front desk. Casino dealers were friendly and respectful but courtesy staff were terrible and ruined the casino experience ( and i won money so it wasn't sour grapes). As for rooms balcony's are the way to go, to views coming into port are great and you can't beat on a nice day on the open sea how peaceful and relaxing it is to sit on the balcony. The Crown princess was well maintained and serviced and safety a priority on the ship as they had 2 safety drills while passengers were in port during my 20 days on the ship.
