The most disappointing of all my cruises. Room design very inconvenient and strange. The steward was just a glorified maid. He made the beds up and that was it. Unavailable for the first 3 days. Calls to housekeeping gave us a recording that he was busy helping other travelers. The poor service and attitude was across the board. Like tired workers just moving through the motions. This is a management problem. The only high spot was the Manhattan Room with excellent service. Everything was an additional charge. Treats at the coffee bar were not included. Why? They could offer the same treats as the buffet as well as higher end to be purchased. Room Service - additional cost. Horrible Internet!! Availability of internet staff was minimal. Luggage lock went missing from room, filed a report. Supervisor never followed up. Steward finally said he saw it in the trash he emptied?!?
Very strange configuration. Walk into the bathroom from hallway with shower on one side and toilet on other. Both with glass doors. Sink in the bedroom area. Curved walls that wasted space. Minimal walking area around bed. Storage was sufficient.
