This Eastern Mediterranean cruise was a bucket list trip for my husband and I, and NCL was a great line to do it on. We are normally Carnival cruisers, but decided to book this one when Carnival didn't offer one that suited us. This was our first cruise with NCL since 1987, and we enjoyed "Freestyle Cruising" so much, we will definitely cruise with them again! The ship was beautiful and very clean, from the deck space to the restaurants, the lounges to the cabins. Our ports of call were so old world and historic, and we had great shore excursions at each one. Our cabin was a family balcony room on the port side aft, #9726, and was nice and quiet. We only saw our cabin steward a couple of times the whole week, but he kept our room spotless and stocked before we would return from breakfast or an excursion. We only dined in the complementary venues, but all of the service staff was on point. We especially liked O'Sheehans and Ginza. We had dinner 2 evenings in Ginza and Narayan M took care of us both nights. He was the best waiter that has ever served us on a cruise. All of the staff seemed so happy, and happy to help wherever it was needed. We only went to the last show, but it was so professional and entertaining, we will be sure to make a point to see all of them on the next one.
