We were very underwhelmed by our cruise. We had a balcony room towards the front of the ship. The room was clean, but nothing spectacular. The TV channels were almost non existent, we had 2 movie channels and 1 sitcom channel, the other few channels were related to the cruise. The beverage staff was slow and constantly forgot your drinks. There was little to no entertainment on the ship. The smoking section was so small there was never enough seats for everyone to sit. Additionally, you weren’t allowed to smoke at the bar that was located in the smoking section. Food was mediocre and the service one night at the four seasons was horrendous. We were there for almost two hours after being seated and it wasn’t because we couldn’t decide what we wanted to eat or drink, it was because our server kept disappearing. I will definitely not be going back on a Norwegian Cruise.
