We booked this cruise and were so excited to see Dubrovnik Croatia. The ship had engine problems causing the cancellation of Dubrovnik. We had been waiting o eat a year for this cruise and my boys first visit to Europe. A $100 credit is an insult. Our cabin was the smallest cabin I have ever had and was a large family cabin- what a joke. Our cabin steward did give us an ice bucket nor ice til I finally went to the front desk. No towel animals as he couldn’t be bothered. Minimal cleaning. As a platinum member we get two specialty dining but in Cagney’s steakhouse we were singled out and only allowed certain items. Isn’t the idea to show appreciation for loyal guests instead of belittling them in the dining room. If you don’t really want to give the dining to platinum then don’t offer it. My parents were traveling with us and my Dad got sick on board. We all purchased insurance from Norwegian another joke. It cost my Dad $649 in medical and told to file an insurance claim. Absolutely no help with what the procedure is.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Inside

This was suppose to be a family cabin and a larger inside. What a joke. Worst cabin I have ever had in 35 cruises

Port Reviews

Argostoli (Kefalonia)

The underground lake was fantastic and closed down fishing village was very disappointing why would you take a tour there if it’s closed for the season
