multiple safety issues, passenger falls on wet decks, crew did nothing, gangway to ship treacherous, no lifeguard at the (tiny) pool, open and used needle containers in cabins. little to no security visible on ship, passengers drunk disorderly and LEWD, entertainment poor, many bars and clubs closed for "private functions" or reservation required, embarrassing passengers in a genital fondling contest (not kidding), drinks very expensive, if you get the drink package they basically ignore you until everyone else has been served, casinos and smoking areas were filthy, tiny tiny smoking area for several hundred people, ship reeked of cigar smoke, better food at Arbys, and yes there are additional charges for almost everything, bartenders not at all friendly, entertainment was basically the cruise director and the washee washee folks in the buffet, TV in cabins has 3 news channels, one 24 hour a day soccer channel, and one channel showing movies, many many specialty restaurants (for an additional $50 each time), soggy bacon and eggs, waiters cannot get drink orders correct, horribly noisy docking procedure, it's first come first served to get off the ship, one gangway and the line wrapped from one end of ship to the other (literally) twice, many many passengers in wheelchairs delayed debarkation hours and hours, some cabins were only cleaned once the entire trips yet there is that $20 per person per day fee they don't tell you about, don't sail with Norwegian unless you love Spirit and Frontier airlines, they have the same business model $$$$$$ all the time
