We took this cruise as part of a group and the other couples enjoyed NCL. This wasn't our first NCL cruise and it has been 10 years since we cruised with them.

Embarkation went smoothly and we arrived very early to be able to access Vibes. Imagine the disappointment when we were advised that it was sold out. Many unhappy people. NCL's policy is you cannot purchase this prior to embarking but we discovered that a group reserved about 200 rooms and they sold them all of the Vibes passes as well. As far as we know, it was not posted on any of our documents that this option would be unavailable for our sailing. We did purchase the Thermal Suite passes and it was a great option for us. Unfortunately, if we bought this online prior to sailing it would have been less money. Poor customer service on their part.

Cleanliness of ship and stateroom was over the top. Kudos for NCL here. Staff was attentive and friendly but overworked. The waterfront on the Getaway was charming. We had dinner outside when available. Read more
