This was our first cruise with NCL. I am a travel agent and my family has previously cruised several times with Disney and with Royal Caribbean. We know cruising Disney spoils you but we went with NCL for this itinerary, the promos they offered and the pricing. (Which by the way was amazing in every way)

We bid for an upgrade and ended up in a Mini Suite Balcony which was amazing on every level. Staff was fantastic. Super friendly and helpful. The only difficulty or negative thing for us was the dinning room. We found the service very impersonal and very slow. The food was barely warm by the time we got it. We only went twice and chose to go to the buffet every time after. The buffet was fantastic, on par with the other cruises we have done. The Pub was fabulous as well. Entertainment was average, pool area fun and easygoing. The ship, the bathrooms, hallways etc...were all super clean. We love seeing staff all around cleaning. (This shows they want to keep germs and bugs at bay.) The excursions we booked were great other than a couple of them seemed a bit rushed. All in all absolutely beautiful Ports of Call. Their future cruise credits you can purchase are a good value and you have 4 years to use them. Make sure you look into all the ways to benefit most from them. We do have other cruises booked with NCL. One on the Dawn for an upcoming Western Caribbean and another on the Epic with Southern Caribbean.

Research your ships and decide if the deal, itinerary and ship are what you are looking for. There are so very many options out there.

Cabin Review

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Amazing cabin. Family of 4 had plenty of space. Excellent layout and fantastic bathroom. Toilet separated by a door and bathtub with shower also had a sliding door. Lovely large balcony as well.

Port Reviews

Venice

We stayed in Venice for three days ahead of the cruise. We did a day trip to Rome and toured the Colosseum. Simply amazing. Venice was lovely.

Kotor

Our port of call into Kotor got cancelled, however we came along side Bar Montenegro for a technical stop and it was beautiful. The setting sun lit up the mountains like fire. We got some amazing family photos with that backdrop.

Argostoli (Kefalonia)

Absolutely completely loved this island. Our favorite for sure. The tour was amazing. Went to the underground cave/boat ride and then toured island more with a stop at a charming little village for an hour. Simply fantastic.
