Booked this cruise to celebrate our retirement. Norwegian prior kept giving us different information, talked us into a balcony which was dirty, had a dead bird on it for days. Atrium was overcrowded and folding chairs were placed to accommodate the crowds but were kicked and pushed as people traveled through. All the shows and select dining booked before the cruise began.if you wanted a chair anywhere on the ship you better be getting it before daybreak. The crew seemed tired and only went an extra step for tips! The food was horrid... buffet was worse than your best cafeteria meal. Ship looked beautiful on the outside but very calstophobic on the inside. Ship catered to “Haven” guests. Elevators.... forget it you better just take the stairs. I had recently had a hip replacement and asked for a handicap room and was told it would be more money and we bumped into other cruisers at dinner that said they were upgraded to a handicap room at the last moment for no extra charge.... what’s with that? Our 3rd cruise... will never cruise Norwegian again! Celebrity and Royal Caribbean are the BEST!
