The ship and staff were great. Food was fantastic and entertainment top notch. J.C. the cruise director was great as was Marc production cast director and the production cast. Room steward Jun was amazing. We received excellent service in all venues. The NCL shore excursions were exactly as described and we'll done. The service desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, this was our best NCL cruise ever, number 11. Our embarkation was non eventful and we walked right on, our disembarkation was the same. We recommend coming to Venice a few days early to explore the city and take care of any jet lag as there is little down time during the cruise. We feel we got value for our travel dollar. We strongly recommend this itinerary, we are thinking it will change a little next year as the Venice cruise restrictions required the skipping of Motor, but we never missed it because of the superior ship and crew.
