Suite, 10TH floor, AFT. Let me start by saying that we have been on 11 cruises, on 5 cruise lines. We have found that not a single cruise line is consistent across their ships in quality of food nor quality service. We have noticed a lack of service across all cruise lines since the advent of pre-paid gratuities. We used to be able to order soda, iced tea, or wine at dinner on the first night and then were offered every night afterwards, without having to ask first. Also, the waiters used to call you by name. The entertainment on this ship was some of the least entertaining of any ship we have been on. We loved two of the shows and walked out on two. Noise at all hours from staff moving tables and chairs on the 11th floor. Cold showers on three mornings, lukewarm on three. Theater seating is insufficient for number of passengers. Passenger were turned away at every show. A few of the shows were very boring. Three quarters of the passengers were from the USA. However, food and entertainment seemed to be mostly geared towards Europeans. WiFi is so slow that it didn't even work correctly in the internet cafe. The ship is scheduled for upgrades next month.

Balcony Stateroom – Fantastica

Extremely large, nice suite. Some fixtures were out of date, loose, rusted, or not working correctly. Channel selection on TV was terrible, only one USA news station. Cold water, or lukewarm water, on six of seven days. Odor of sewerage on most days on rear of ship. Bed was extremely hard, and no fitted sheets. I tossed and turned so much from discomfort that the bottom sheet was balled up under me every morning. Ran out of hand soap at sink.
