This was a trip along the Brahmaputra river and was extremly varied and included many different experiences. We visited villages, including artisan villages, temples and tea plantations. National park including safari. We saw single horned rhinoceros, elephant, water buffalo, wild boar and more. On an offshore trip on the tender we were fortunate enough to see a very rare golden faced Bengal tiger, endangered turtles and eagles. We were treated to several different performances depicting local gods and fables. Were privileged to see monks performing their song and dance for God and allowed to tour their conclave. We toured a hemp factory and a tea drying and packaging factory. On board we were treated like honoured guests, every member of the crew were warm and welcoming. The chefs were exceptional. We were always very well looked after both on the boat and on shore visits. I very highly recommend this trip.

Cabin Review

This is a classic boat and the cabins reflected that. Comfortable and spacious
