On the first day, I went to guest services within the first few hours to complain about our neighbor smoking pot on their balcony 3 times before the sun set. Guest services response was to say they would ask the steward to keep an eye out. Totally unacceptable since we couldn't use our balcony under those conditions. Neighbors were warned, but only switched to regular cigarettes instead. Again they were only warned. Days later they were back to pot on the balcony, but since it didn't blow into our cabin, I didn't complain that time. The day after, they were loud and getting stoned on the balcony. I complained and 5 people showed up and did nothing with no feedback to me on steps taken. While talking to security, the neighbor on the other side of us came out of her room and confirmed everything I said. She had also complained to guest services. I will be posting this lack of enforcement on all the applicable review websites. I am appalled that your security ruined my enjoyment of my balcony that I paid extra to have.

Snorkeling excursion was really great. Rising Son was the boat. Rented bikes to go from the port to St. George. Terrible idea. They say there is a bike trail most of the way. There isn't really. We had to go on some very busy, scary roads and bailed out on our plan and only went to Hamilton, taking the ferry back to port. Went to St. George on the last day, but didn't make it to the beaches since we were time limited by the departure time.

Service was good to excellent. The cabin was nice and the 3 specialty meals were great, especially Teppenyaki. Read more
