This ships design for 4,000 people—is not, “people friendly”, for most everything. Restaurants/Bars/Entertainment/Cruise info Desks/Tour booking desks, most services are confined to 3 decks: 6-7-8. So, always, very crowed. Layers of people waiting in lines, from the bars, to the Help desk, restaurants, etc..
The buffet food was bland (at best), and a wall of people, constantly circled it, 2-3 deep, all bumping into each other. Dining room and specialty dining were, “Hit and miss.” One night the shrimp cocktail, was fresh and very good, the next night, mealy and, horrible.
Room hallways are quite narrow. We did enjoy our balcony room. It was spacious, and was a wonderful place to retreat to, often, to get away from the crowd, chaos.
Bathroom, roomy, lots of nooks/crannies for storage. Shower, large, instant hot water, great water flow. Toilet very loud when flushed. Couch, long with storage. TV easy to use. Room key required in a slot to keep a/c on--Soo not as cool as we wanted when we left the room, and came back. Beds comfortable, pillows, soft/hard, yours to pick. Balcony quite narrow, so two people sitting was max. for the outside area, and tight. Overall, room comfortable, with lots of storage.
