We chose this cruise because it was stopping at Bordeaux for 2 nights. We were in a Concierge cabin and enjoyed our cruise apart from a few concerns. In the pas we have always had bottled mineral water which we prefer.but now they are offering their own bottled Filtered water (Vero). Not quite the same! We decided to take advantage of the free laundry service. This was a disaster as the items were returned with yellow stains! They offered to reimburse us with onboard spend for one of the badly stained items. This we felt was unacceptable so they refunded on the last day via our final bill. This was a 14 day cruise and we were only offered 4 Speciality Dining reservations which is the same as for a 7 day cruise. We found at these restaurants that unless you agreed to share a table you had to accept a later booking and often missed the shows which were mainly good. Most of the excursions were good apart from the Wine tasting in a vineyard at St Emillion. We were only offered two small amounts of the same wine from different years! Our cabin attendant kept our cabin very clean and looked after us well. Also, the ship docked very near the centre of Bordeaux which was great. We still like the ship but were disappointed with some of the things mentioned above
