This horrible experience started with boarding the ship. It took 3 hours to board the ship because Norwegian claimed their system was having technical issues. Once on the ship the hungry guests were immediately ushered to the muster station for the emergency briefing that appeared rushed and unorganized. In the muster station some Norwegian employees were yelling at customers about cell phone usage, even when the emergency briefing had not started yet. While the emergency briefing was occurring, you can see guests still boarding the ship! Down by the pool I tried to retrieve two towels while my wife retrieved drinks and chairs, and the employee told me it’s one towel per person because he didn’t want to run out of towels, and to have my wife come get her towel! Employees would take your card and drink order, and forget to bring you your card back or the drink! Buffet food was average as people in my party stuck with pizza and hamburgers. Had a reservation for ten people at Cagney ‘s restaurant. Took 2 hours to be served, and three steaks were cold and prepared wrong, pork chops were cold and not cooked, and the wrong order was brought out for the other guests. The manager was requested and he appeared 30 minutes later to hear complaints. The issue was never resolved for all the dining guests. One of the water slides was out of order the entire cruise. Most of the Norwegian employees were rude and came across like the guests were bothering them. Entertainment was below average and appeared to be just thrown together. Had reservation at ocean blue restaurant and it took 2 hours to receive food there as well. Traveled with total of 5 couples for my brothers’s Wedding anniversary and it was not a good time. The positives: they offer you an iron you can use in your room upon request, and getting off the ship!!

Terrible, worst vacation and cruise!! Warning choose a different cruise line!!
