We chose this cruise to celebrate my birthday onboard and try a new brand of ship that we had not yet tried. This was our sixth cruise, first on Princess.
I registered a birthday event upon booking and unfortunately it was missed completely by all staff and not remedied after several attempts throughout the day. It was a bit upsetting that I chose this way to celebrate a special occasion and things were overlooked.
The ship itself is lovely, interesting and clean with the best bed's and pillows we have ever had.
