The first few days were great after that horrible. Crew altogether stopped looking you in the eye never mind be helpful. The only exception was the room steward. He was pleasant every day and remembered our names from day one. The last day we felt they were kicking us off the ship. There were never any openings for shows and when asking for help in the casino they had no patience and seemed to be extremely bothered. The glow party was fun. Garden Cafe was decent not much variety. Only time we could even get near the pool was in port. Be prepared to climb stairs or wait patiently for an elevator. We were reimbursed the automatic gratuity before leaving the ship when we complained about the service. The service in O'Sheehan's was horrible and Savor got our food order wrong twice. Bermuda was beautiful but find another cruise line!!!!!
