Unhappy crew and staff that needs customer service training. Most of the staff was very slow in response. They seemed tired all the time. Seemingly hating their jobs. Very old decrepit ship that needs to be dry docked. Rusty walls, rusty sides, worn out floors, peeling pool sides, rusty pool sides. Dirty pool water looking more yellow than clear. Fraying deck chairs. Fraying and dirty carpets in inside areas. Cabins falling apart. Worn and old. Cabin was hot all week. No fans available. No clean sheets all week. Constant knocking on the door even with the "snoozin" sign hanging on the door.

Cooks need training to produce edible food. Sometimes restaurant staff was rude, especially in the steak house. Cabin room service food was really terrible. Cold, tasteless and disappointing.

Time to replace the ship and the staff. Not worth the price with such and old outdated ship and unhappy staff supplying poor customer service.
