This was our first cruise with Princess. All of our previous cruises were with a Holland America. We wanted an opportunity to visit all of the Hawaian Islands and this was what we thought would be a good option. Friends has recommended Princess so we decided to book this 15 day cruise.

Food served in the main dining rooms was sub-standard as the fish was over cooked and tasteless. All the seafood and fish dishes were unacceptable. I sent several plates back to the kitchen. I had a plate of mussels in a white wine cream sauce and the mussels had not been cleaned properly (beards) and less than half of the shells had opened during cooking. This tells me that they were not fresh! I ordered medium rare prime rib and it was bloody!
