From the time we step onboard, everything was all in order. There was little chaos on elevators and passages due to people are lost or don’t know what to do or where to go. But the crew was very helpful in all ways possible to help out.
The foods are amazingly well organized. The crew made sure that all guests are enjoying each meal.
The restaurants are very well maintained and crews assigned are ready to serve all guests.
Very functional. Very clean. The steward was always cleaning the rooms, day and night. Very helpful and courteous crew.
And then the very bad part:
Every night, around midnight, the loud noises come to life. Banging, lots of dragging, thudding, all kinds of noises coming from the upper decks. The customer service desk representative can’t do anything. She sent a crew to investigate and he heard the loud noises. It happens every night from about 11:30 pm to 2:00 am.
Then on our 3rd night, amazingly there was an available room on the 15th deck. This are different representatives from the other night. They were more courteous and responsive. We appreciate their patience and helping us get some sleep by moving us into a different cabin.
Short time to explore the city. This may be the best port of all three but the shortest. Considering you have to wait for water taxis.
Again the crew did a fantastic job making sure all get back on board safely.
