the ship is fantastic, the crew is wonderful and helpful. BUT:

Even though my last cruise with them in Feb. I gave some very cheap fixes for my complaints that they could very easily fix.- they ignored me. What ? -- solos know nobody, true some solos may want to isolate themselves, just like couples and families may. BUT many solos would like to meet other solos. Especially to hang with or eat with.

In addition.- LOL since I am a repeat offender (dId not learn from my previous mistakes) I got a thank you letter - I can buy one milkshake and get one free - AT THE SAME TIME!!!!!!!!! Why would any human want to drink 2 milkshakes at the same time. I verified - yup - they must be bought at the same time. Well since you had no solos meetup (ok 1 meetup where the GS person arrived on time, but I had arrived a little early and walked to the other side, and did not see him. but still only one MEETUP.) So who was I supposed to give the other milkshake to?? So thanks for the useless offer and confirmed that you do not like solos.

Ocean View Balcony

Well as I said the crew was great -

I could not enter my room. The GuestServices was notified and was sending somebody. In the meantime I asked everyone passing by. One family said to push down hard till you hear 2 clicks. Great I got inside. When the maintenance guy came he fixed it - in a second, with plyers.

My room was a sauna,. well they did something - it became 62F. I froze. The next day I again complained after assuring them I know how it was supposed to work. Anyway it did get fixed properly.

The bathroom outlet: well I brought a pillow to the top of the toilet seat so that I could kneel on it and get taller, and a flashlight to look closely at the opening for the plug. I had several other crew people try. The solution was a very long extension cord. I just had to plug it into my appliance when using it, then disconnect the plug and put it so nobody would trip on it. A little inconvenient, but worked. You would think that since so many people knew about it, that somebody would have reported it to be fixed - noooooooo. Luckily I brought a power strip so I could keep my clock plugged in, and the extension cord plugged in,

The bed and pillows were really comfortable. plenty of storage.

One thing I do not understand, is WHY pools have ladders and not steps.
