Chose cruise because of price and we have never been on MSC. Overall was just ok. Food did not even come close to expectations. We quit going to the dinning room after three tries. Never had TOUGH lobster before, fish overdone and dry, shrimp which I love, could not chew them, roast tough and stringy. Buffet, same, over cooked, poor choices, hamburgers were bone dry not a drop of moisture left in them, bottom of the serving tray was easy to clean not a drop of grease on it. If not for salad, bread and cheese I would have been really hungry. I had hopes it would get better but it got worse day by day. Pizza guy was like someone already wrote rude, crude and hated his job. The gelato was excellent!!! Would I do it again? If it was really cheap, going somewhere I wanted to REALLY go to and I would plan on booking a resturant at ports of call. Room steward Alvan was GREAT! Most staff were excellent. Shows were so so. They were all 'song n dance' numbers and after three shows with mostly a change of costumes it got boring. I was really looking forward to the 'piano bar singalongs' piano was moved to coffee bar and he played elevator music all night to a packed house of four people.

Cabin Review

Oceanview Stateroom

Loved the size of the window, excellent view. Room size was as expected not too small. Shower was tight but ok.
