This Cruise Line was chosen by deliberate purpose, and happenstance. We knew we wanted one NOT prone to various "happenstance", like people being accosted, or "accidentally" falling off balconies, etc., so after hearing about various from our travel agent, we choose Norwegian. Norwegian had been in first place in my list of potential companies regardless, so... EVERYONE working this Norwegian Cruise that we dealt with, in the standard restaurants, as well as the specialty restaurants, was beyond exceptional. Our room steward in particular, he smiled non-stop, joked with us endlessly, and offered endless assistance and accommodation. Our main waitress in the morning (as we ate there EVERY morning!), in O'Sheehan's Restaurant, was also exceptional. Even when she didn't cover the area we were sat in, she still near always came over to give a cheerful and chatty hello and gossip harmlessly for a bit, we loved her! We DID notice a couple stewards/waiters who were far more snarky than ours, but they weren't assigned to us, so we let it be, figuring someone on their service would report them if it was out of hand... This cruise was a gift to a cousin who had given much, generously, to me post a severe Hemorrhagic event, so was the least I could offer her. She VERY much had wanted to see Greece, but ended up loving, far more, the Italy portion of the trip... :) Overall, Greece or Italy, we had exceptional tour guides, and trips. I had chosen a Balcony Cabin, which was close to the front (2nd in line to the suites), and had a perfect, unimpeded view. Recommend highly!
