Our experience overall on this cruise was better than many of the reviews posted. We were on the ship in less than an hour from arriving at the port so the embarkation went smoothly. We had an aft-facing mini-suite which was spacious with a large bathroom, a lot of storage, and a large balcony. Our room steward, Sandro, immediately introduced himself and greeted us by name each time he saw us.
Our one trip to the Garden Cafe (buffet) was frustrating. The buffet is not laid out so that the lines move easily so there always seemed to be a bottleneck. We ate breakfast each morning in Mondero - great omelets, waffles, and plenty of fruit, along with other options. There was also pizza and sandwiches at lunchtime. We ate at Cagney's and the Brazilian steakhouse for dinner. Food was excellent in both restaurants. All of the waitstaff and other workers that we encountered were friendly and anxious to help.
We saw the two shows - one was just okay but we really enjoyed the show on the last night. Sat through one of the comedian's shows but it was not very good. He tried but I just didn't want to listen to someone talk about poop for 30 minutes. Not much else that we found for entertainment. Maybe because it's a smaller ship and we are used to larger ships.
From the description, we thought it was more a boat tour of the island. It was really a boat ride out to see coral and rocks. Wished I had stayed and toured the island.
Great cabana on beautiful beach. There was a wedding on the beach so we watched from our cabana.
