Sail Date: Dec 2018

This tour was advertised as 11 days, comprehensive tour of Cuba. We actually had 2 full days and 2 half days in Cuba. The ship was not stable in rough waters. The elevators often did not work and were shut down. Our stateroom was on the 4th. floor and when the ship rocked the drawers flew open. We were told to stay in our room for one whole day because of the roughness, food was delivered to the rooms.

On the plus side the food was good and service was nice. The 2 musicians spent more time trying to solve many of the problems the passengers had, instead of the captain handling the problems. He tried to avoid any passengers.

We were one of the many people on this cruise that wrote and called the company about the problems. We were told that the company was aware and sorry for the skipped ports and would be making arrangements to compensate us for all the missed days in Cuba. It has been almost a year and we have heard nothing.

Cabin Review

Small, in need of new carpets, locks on drawers to prevent them opening in rough weather. Bathroom was good.
