Penthouse Suite Celebrity Eclipse October 2019

Beautiful suite, friendly crew! We missed the tea time “delights” delivered by the butler. Also fresh flowers, fresh fruit basket and towel animals. When we asked what happened to them we were told it is the new corporate policy.

The crew then delivered the most beautiful arrangement of red roses to the suite. Then came a few days of “delectables”, a fruit basket and a couple of towel animals. The crew wants to please and they certainly did. Guess if you want or miss an amenity, you just need to ask. Delicious food! ( but had a couple of “prime” steaks that were so tough they were pretty much inedible. One was fantastic, 3 inferior even if they had not been Prime). The crew was fabulous with offering assistance with my friend’s gluten free diet. Making her gluten free bread and sausages. Even going through the menu explaining what had gluten and if they could substitute. Read more
