The inside cabin was quite small. The right side of the bed was so close to the wall that I had to sidestep along the side of the bed to reach the pillows. The reading lights were behind the pillows. I thought they were a fire hazard. The bathroom was a good nice but the fixtures, especially the toilet, were badly worn.

Booked a hop on hop off tour of the city from the ship including transportation to and from the ship with the option to use that bus or the shuttle to the ship. 200 passengers were left stranded for 4 hours on the side of the road in Dublin. Cold and no bathrooms. Due to a protest in Dublin the shuttle was 3 blocks away but no one knew and the ship never sent a representative to meet us and tell us where the shuttle was parked. Asked for a full refund as we never found the hop on hop off bus to do the tour. No full refund. Guest services said they had no responsibility even though we had booked through shore excursions and paid $88 USD to NCL. The next day they refunded a mere 20%.

2) one person at guest services said there was no case number for us but the person next to her said there was.No entertainment during the sea days, then lo and behold they found 3 movies to show in the theatre on the last three sea days.
