I LOVE the Escape. This time I had a few glitches with the crew that I was not happy about but it was still ok and not the shop's fault. I did not like that I had to retrieve my own beach towels and return them, became a pain for us, I was invited to a Norwegian 25th anniversary concert in Bermuda thru Casino's at Sea, the casino host came to me on the first night and reminded me about it and I said there are 4 of us in my room, can we all go she said "let me swipe your card and check, she said "Yes, all 4 of us can go because they were all in my room the downfall was I had to get the tickets between 10 am and noon the day of on a full Bermuda day and I wasn't sure I wanted to waste a gorgeous day to get tickets for that night but we decided to do it because it was Jake Owens' concert and we love him, we went to gt our tickets and that's when they told us my 7 year old granddaughter couldn't go! Talk about a waste of time! WOW! I was so mad and disappointed..they came to me, I did not go to them about this! We did not attend! then I asked for towel animals and my room steward told me they don't do that anymore, I said I'm Platinum, I go on 3 to 4 cruises a year, I know you do them upon request and if my granddaughter wasn't with me I wouldn't care about them..I wanted them for her, we ended up getting 2 out of 7 nights of towel animals. This cruise was to celebrate my granddaughters birthday, I had an extra suitcase packed of wrapped presents for her and I made a big deal out of it. I asked the waiter to put the candle on the cake without lighting it of course and he said "I can't do that" when he brought the cake he dropped it off on the table, no singing..I asked about it and the waiter said "we don't do that anymore". then the billing wasn't correct and still isn't..I had a great time in Bermuda but NCL is changing so many things, I'm not sure how much longer I will be loyal to them. Everything else went well, thank goodness for Daniella in O'Sheehans, she really was fabulous! I do have other cruises booked and one of them is too late to cancel so I will see how that one goes before I decide if I'm done with Norwegian or not! Bermuda is fabulous and everything else was fine but to me it's the little things that make people feel special and that matter!

Cabin Review

Balcony Stateroom

The cabin was a typical balcony with the an angle which is a little bigger than most.
