Cancelled half the ports and offered no refund or apology. Terrible customer service. Leaking sewage and overflowing toilets. Ruined our very expensive trip and lied or withheld info from customers on several occasions. Wouldn’t travel with Norwegian ever again even if it was free. The food service and cabin cleaning crew were great and the food was decent but everything else about this cruise line frankly stinks. There was even a protest on the ship because of so many disappointments. Apparently they had canceled several of the ports before the cruise even began and then told us that it was the weather When we called one of the ports they said no ship was even scheduled to dock that day. This company is dishonest and greedy. Sail with someone else or be disappointed I have cruised many times w other lines w no problems. This cruise had nothing but problems and cancelations from day 1!
