Chose this cruise to see how we liked NCL. We didn't. Been on 22. Cruises and the customer service was the worst by far. Booking a cruise in March for 24+ people and cancelled NCL. Will not cruise again. Nice ship. Good specialty dining buffet for was bad real bad. Entertainment was very good. But to be rudely treated by crew is unacceptable. Bar service was terrible. 20 mins to get a drink. Cabin steward never said hello. And was vacuuming at 8 AM outside the cabin. Left room dirty wet towels on the floor poor attitude. O Sheehan s food was good poor service hostess was rude. First time in 23 cruises I ever went to relations to complain. Bar hop at on the 16th deck was weak never picked up empty glasses all cruise long it was a mess up there on matter what time of day. Full ashtrays everywhere.
