Wanted to cruise the Douro River with a pre-cruise three day in Lisbon. Ama cancelled our flight, and rescheduled another one without telling us. I even had my boarding pass printed. Horrible customer service. Caused us to miss one of the three days we were supposed to be in Lisbon.

Lisbon was fantastic! Would definitely go back there. Great food and history. Once on the ship the room was very nice and had plenty of room and storage. Balcony was almost useless because we were either against the pier or another ship. Wish there was more cruising. We spent most the time tied up to land. Portugal was beautiful and the vineyards were great. Nice tours. The tour Director was very good and efficient. Food onboard was very good. Only beer or wine was included at lunch or dinner. Drinks were very pricey. Crew was friendly and efficient. Going through the locks was amazing. The weather was perfect; 70's to low 80's and sunny skies.

Loved Portugal, hated Ama's poor customer service changing our flight after I had boarding tickets without telling us, causing us to miss a day in Lisbon.
