The price was excellent and included the beverage package and wifi. We had an inside cabin and ate early seating for dinner. Getting on the ship went smoothly and easily. This is the second time on this ship and we really enjoyed ourselves. The bar service in the Sports Bar was excellent. We did our exercise walk every day around the basketball court and found out that 10 laps equal a mile. All of the ports were great but we didn't get off the ship in Nassau. The shows were excellent and I enjoy all the Cirque du Soleil type acts that they incorporate into the music. They even have a condensed version of the opera Madame Butterfly. We didn't care for the Beer Improv show though. Everything went well but we were really disappointed with the debarkation. That is the reason they didn't get a rating of 5. It was a terrible way to end a beautiful cruise. We were told to meet in the theater at 7:40 and wait for our tag color to be called. They were making announcements around the ship but not in the theater. No one (including the crew) seemed to know what was going on. There was no organization and total chaos. MSC didn't have any control over the crowd and people just pushed and shoved in the line because they got so frustrated trying to figure out when to get off. We finally joined the chaos on our own at 9:30 when we faced the fact that they were never going to call us to get off the ship. We finally got off and in our car around 10:30. This would be the only reason I would rethink about taking another MSC cruise.

Cabin Review

Bella Inside Stateroom
Cabin I1 10184
Our cabin was small but comfortable. The bathroom was the smallest bathroom we have ever been in on all the 60 cruises we have taken. The shower was so small that my husband had to open the shower door to bend over and wash his feet.
