We chose this cruise line because we wanted to try a different one for our 20th year anniversary. HUGE MISTAKE!!! To start we only made 2 of our 4 stops. First missed stop was due to the weather which was poor planning because the forecast was the same before we left Miami or just greed because NCL did not want to pay to reroute us elsewhere.
Missed stop #2 was due to a sick passenger which i can understand and hope she is ok however, you can't tell thousands of other vacationers that because 1 person fell ill that their vacation is over.
NCL gave each cabin a $100 credit (this seems like a refund of port fees) and 20% discount on a future cruise. Unless they are willing to put that discount towards another cruise line i feel it's only fair to refund this trip.
