Sail Date: Sep 2019
Cabin: Family Mini-Suite with Balcony

Staff is so rude and cocky, toilet didn’t flush half the time, room wasn’t cleaned very well and never changed our dirty sheets, no towel animals claiming shortages on towels, room service very poor hot pop no ice twice and claimed out of mayo, missed the best two ports Bahamas and St. Thomas but rewarded with 20% off future cruise no thank you! It was ruff seas and missed St. Thomas due to which was disappointing and to make matters worse someone took Turn for the worse and we turned around back towards Tortola for medical evacuation thus no longer time to stop at the Bahamas. I asked for some kind of refund and voiced my complaints but feel it did no good as corporate seemed as unfriendly as the ship crew. Maybe cruising just isn’t near what it use to be, the staff was always so friendly and inviting, so maybe times have changed or is it just this ship or Norwegian?

Cabin Review

Family Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin M3

Balcony and shower is small and filthy, toilet flushes half the time, air sucks, clearly dirty sheets but never changed, cabin half cleaned most time late afternoon, stewardess not friendly at all.

Port Reviews

San Juan

Wasn’t impressed with Old San Juan at all and was stuck there two days in a tropical storm
