This was my nineteenth cruise and my worst experience. I had a small credit on Royal Caribbean from a previous cruise which was not all that great so I needed to book an inexpensive cruise to use it. What a mistake! First of all Royal Caribbean is very inflexible with the way they do business. They did not allow me to bring my service dog on board but that is not why am very disappointed with my cruise and Royal Caribbean in general. My first impression when boarding was this is a disgrace to offer cruises on this ship. I came very close to leaving before the boat departed. I went to check out our ocean view cabin and again I was shocked to see how cramped the room was. The two beds were put together and pushed up against one side of the wall with very little room on the other side.the bath room and tv were postage size. The room however was clean and our attendant was excellent. I next checked out the buffet. The food as a whole was very low budget quality. I basically lived on pizza which was excellent French fries and mashed potatoes. The desserts were very poor with a lot of mouse and jello. The soups were salty and tasteless. Checking out the spa, the steam room in the dressing area which only had six lockers was smaller than I could imagine. The entertainment was almost nonexistent. They did have an outdoor movie screen but only played four repetitious movies.the one production show was of poor quality singing. This boat is a disgrace and should have been retired years ago. Royal Caribbean only cares about the bottom line and nothing else.
